FUEGO POTATO WEDGES RECIPE
Spicy Flame Potato Wedges Recipe
Craving an intense spicy kick? Crisp up your potato wedges and toss them in our fiery Mr. Wings® Fuego Seasoning! Paired with cool, creamy Mr. Wings® Ranch Dip, this quick snack is purely addictive.

INGREDIENTS
- 7 oz (200g) Seasoned or frozen potato wedges
- 1 quart (1L) Neutral oil for deep frying (such as canola, peanut, or vegetable oil)
- 2 tbsp (20g) Mr. Wings® Fuego Seasoning
- 1/4 cup (50ml) Mr. Wings® Ranch Dip
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the Oil
- Pre-heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 285°F (140°C).
Fry the Wedges
- Carefully add the potato wedges to the hot oil and fry for about 6 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the wedges from the oil and let them drain on a paper towel-lined plate or rack to remove excess grease.
Toss with Seasoning
- While still piping hot, transfer the fried potato wedges into a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle generously with Mr. Wings® Fuego Seasoning and toss until every wedge is evenly coated.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve hot in a lined food basket with a side of chilled Mr. Wings® Ranch Dip to balance out the heat.
