BBQ RIBS RECIPE

It’s time for one of the most iconic dishes in the United States! You’ve probably tasted delicious barbecue ribs at a restaurant, a family gathering, or with friends. To accompany this classic dish, there’s nothing better than one of our signature sauces—BBQ Mr. Wings®.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4 Difficulty: Medium

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 kg (4.4 lbs) pork ribs
  • 10 g coarse salt
  • 20 g mustard
  • 10 g paprika
  • 5 g ground black pepper
  • 500 ml BBQ Mr. Wings® sauce
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

BBQ Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣  Preheat the grill to approximately 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣  Meanwhile, mix the coarse salt, paprika, mustard, and black pepper in a bowl. Rub the mixture evenly over the ribs.
3️⃣  Coat the ribs with BBQ Mr. Wings® sauce.
4️⃣  Sear the ribs on both sides until a golden crust forms.
5️⃣ Bake inside the grill for 10 minutes, or until fully cooked. Brush with BBQ Mr. Wings® sauce continuously until caramelized.
6️⃣ Serve immediately.

SERVING SUGGESTION

📌 Serve on a wooden board with a side of grilled corn, mashed potatoes, or grilled asparagus. Enjoy! 🍖🔥😋
