Oven-Baked Cajun Papas Bravas
Craving a flavorful snack or side dish without the mess of deep-frying? Try this easy baked variation of classic Papas Bravas featuring tender baby potatoes tossed in butter and coated in a creamy Mr. Wings® Cajun Seasoning sauce!

INGREDIENTS
- 1.1 lbs (500g) Baby potatoes (creamer or fingerling potatoes)
- 7 tbsp (100g) Unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp (25g) Mr. Wings® Cajun Seasoning
- 3/4 cup (200ml) Sour cream or Mexican crema
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep & Season the Potatoes
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Wash and quarter the baby potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl and toss with melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
Bake
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until tender on the inside and lightly golden on the outside.
Make the Cajun Sauce & Coat
- While the potatoes bake, combine the sour cream and Mr. Wings® Cajun Seasoning in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and fully blended.
- Transfer the hot baked potatoes into a large bowl, add the Cajun cream sauce, and gently fold until every piece is coated.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve warm on a flat dinner plate with a fresh side of celery and carrot sticks for dipping.
